When I rented this on vhs from Blockbuster, I thought it was about two Bay Area gay men trying to resurrect Mrs. Doubtfire in their married friends basement/ garage. Every time i see the title to this movie i read it as the double V itch lol. That was a great movie. A very moving and beautiful ending of complete mystery. Great work to everyone involved. Am i the only one who didnt like this movie ? I mean i was into it at first but towards they lost me. Too strange and confusing. Not that i dont like weird movies but i dont like this type of weird. The movie is gorgeously shot though.

I remember last time i watched this i was too scared too finish watching the trailer lmaooo the chanting scared me soo much now iz cool af also i come back cuz of split interview i was like i think i saw this before. Great scene, it reminded me that Jeffrey Epstein definitely did not kill himself. Admit it, ye like my lobster. A24 and Adam Sandler. I never thought Id see the day. In another reality Dafoe is the greatest live action Joker.

Bad Movie. I was absolutely in awe of their performance in The Lighthouse. A Masterpiece! Dark Comedy, a Drama, Horror, and fantasy. Loved it. The ending of this film was truly mesmerizing and horrifying, such a great piece of cinema. Did anyone else get a somewhat Shining feel from this film. Adam Sandlers first movie not wearing a t shirt and shorts ?? in it. Thank God Oliver Stone saw Elias in Willem DeFoe. I feel bad for taking my mom to see this lol. Always a party at the lighthouse. Dude holy crap just rewatched this, thank you for putting that scene at 2:07 in, at the theatre that scene made me more terrified than any other scene from any film for some reason. insane scene.
